Get to Know Me, Dr. Bridget Winfrey

Speaker, Writer & Spiritual Care Consultant


Biography

Bridget Winfrey, took an interest in the mental health field as a chaplain in the military. She provided pastoral care and suicide prevention training to military personnel. After serving in the military, she pursued and completed her Doctor of Behavior Health degree at Freed Hardeman University to advocate for those who struggle with mental illness and the chaos of life.

 

Bridget desires to integrate spiritual care within mental health care. She has completed her book Ruach, The Breath of God: A Spiritual and Mental Health Guide. Bridget is finally pursuing her purpose which is to write and share with others how God inspires and brings peace in the moment.

My mission:

To guide people closer to the Lord by tapping into their spiritual purity.

My vision:

To provide spiritual and mental health wellness for the Moment.
