Mental health service access for men in Central Arkansas is a critical need. According to the Arkansas Department of Health, suicide is the leading cause of death in Arkansas. More than 2,996 people died by suicide in Arkansas between 2020-2023. Suicide overwhelmingly affects white, non-Hispanic men in Arkansas, and 82% of suicide deaths were among males (ADH, 2023).

 Research shows women are more prone to psychological problems such as depression. Research reports one third of high schoolers in the US experienced poor mental heath during the COVID-19 pandemic. Purpose Found Inc. is determined to bring resources to others to bring healthy mental health outcomes.
